Initially we are just hammering businesses for certain services. In addition to making the emails as professional as possible, and getting better conversions, we are looking for a specialist in this area. Our writers are good, but obviously better content writers and not sales writers. We get some great open rates (Have had 5% + on some blasts) but not crap on click through rates, or direct calls.

We can split test titles, content, and etc so I would open this up to more than one person. You convert the best, you get the full time gig. And a full time gig could easily be salary plus commission.
