CLOSED - Make Lifelong Friends Through JVs. I want to Invest.

The title says it all. Here is what I bring to the table. 20+ years of real World business experience. I am a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Real Investor, Employee and a Father. I love talking about business, so I am hanging around the Warrior Forum JV section in order to "date" my future best Business friends.

Here is what I bring to the table -
1. Tons of Experience.
2. Ability to identify the pitfalls with any opportunity.
3. Ability to make quick decisions.
4. Loyalty.
5. Willingness to invest money.

I have 3+ years on experience in Internet Marketing but have never made the money that I am proud of. I know a lot and can smell BS, but I also know is that I do not have the patience or time to do the day to day work to make a business fly.

I am mostly a weekend warrior since I have a pretty demanding full time job and love to spend the bulk of my remaining time with my family.

However, I want to do Business and am simply to work with people who have an idea, can work a process and who I can trust.

Please do not send proposals to me personally but post your proposals on this forum.

Feel free to let me know if there is something you want to look at. However, I will most likely see it myself, and will comment if interested.

    What type of deals am I looking for?

    A few people have asked me what I am looking for so here goes. These are not necessarily in any order or a comprehensive list. However, these are some ideas.

    1. CPA Campaigns - I have never had a lot of success with paid traffic for CPA. If you have a successful campaign, I would be interested in investing in scaling.

    2. Opportunities to Lead/Host Conference Calls or Webinars - I used to do a lot of conference calls and webinars and have gotten out of practice. If you have a need for somebody to lead conference calls or webinars in the evenings in the US, I would like to take this on for the purposes of practice.

    3. Passive Investments - I would like to start with small 3 figure investments so we can get to know each other. However, for these opportunities, I am pretty picky.

    4. Buying Groups - If you want to get together and learn how to buy sites on Flippa together, I would definitely be interested in working together.

    5. Site Building Strategies - I work with a team that builds about 20 niche sites a month. If you know of a better way to use these resources, I am open for discussions.

    Why did you remove your Skype ID?

    Okay, I'm planning to start a WordPress theme shop. I do have the ideas, skills, and some resources to develop and market the themes, but I don't have the capital.

    I'm looking for $10,000 to kick start this business. I know $10,000 is quite a big amount for some of us so I'm willing to split it into 10 slots. Each slot worth $1,000 and will get you 4% of the business share.

    Little bit more about me... I'm a freelance front-end coder, mostly I'm working as the outsourcer for some designers and agencies. I, along with my team have 5 years experience in developing various WordPress themes, from standard blogging into full blown customized themes.

        I have created my own process and a piece of software which allows me to create 1 niche site in less than an hour.

    Hi Justin,

    I am looking for someone to invest $850 in a new business plan I have just discovered (yes, discovered). I know you said to post on the thread but I"d rather give you exact details on what i plan to do with that money through PM.

    I believe there to be huge potential in earnings, however, I estimate it will take between 2-4 weeks before you'll see a return, but I WILL return every cent (together with some incentive of course which we can discuss via PM, whether it be % rev share, double cash back or whatever you have in mind).

    I am not someone who hides behind a PC screen; as you'll see in my signature box, my domain IS my name, I'm pretty much a real person Just seriously need to materialize this idea because, like you, I crave the IM earnings to brag about and use to further my career. I believe in integrity, therefore you'll never see me flashing around that I'm making millions of $$$ per month, because that's not true, honesty will get you a long way in this business.

      I am interested in the direction that you are going. However, Microniche sites cost less than $50 right now and given that you are brand new to the Warrior Forum, I would need to get some more background on you before discussing more.

    Thanks to all who presented opportunities. I have my hands full with the opportunities that have been presented and the Free Writing project that I posted yesterday, so I am no longer entertaining any new JV offers at this time.
