Hi, I experimented with adsense and created a lot of adsense sites the last 6 years. Today I have a lot of experience with such sites. Therefore I can also pretty precisely predict how much it will cost to build a site which will earn "X" amount of money, if it's done in my way of doing "things".

I build my own sites, but to speed my earnings up, I would like to offer you an unique business investment model.

So how does it work?
You pay me $500. For these money I willl build an adsense site, which in less than 6 months will have earned you $1.000, only from adsense earnings. That's a $500 profit!

Can it go wrong?
Yes and no. The adsense site could get de-ranked in Google so rankings drop, or I could get my adsense account closed by Google too. Of course I don't expect it to happen (never happened in 6 years so far), but I have a plan B in hand for you if it does.

If it should happen, I will refund you the money you paid, from my own personal money. If the site doesn't earn all the $1.000 as promised in less than 6 months, I will pay you the rest up to $1.000 from my own money.

Only 2 investers needed
To be able to pay you back, in the rare occasion that something as the above examples should happen, I limited the investment amount and number of investers, so I am sure that I at any time will have the money in my own account, to be able to pay you back.

Your security
Investers will get full ID details about me and my company including contact details. I don't want to cheat or scam anybody. I tried it several times myself, so I know how it feels. I am only here to make serious business, which I expect you are too.
