Looking for a HIGHLY successful internet marketer for my business (all the "hard" work is done)

Now when I say all the "hard" work is done I don't mean to undermine any of you IM's out there.. I merely want to attract the attention of guy's who are already successful in this field. I am in awe at what some of you guys can do. Here's a run-down:

- I run a successful self-help blog that has nearly 200k subscribers (in under 1 year)
- I have yet to monetize it
- My subscribers are extremely loyal and are growing daily.
- My blog has been featured on Television multiple times as well as large publications/magazines. (ABC Nightline exclusively featured me in an 6 minute piece a couple months ago)
- I have never "reached out" to any media - i was ALWAYS contacted first
- I have TONS of ideas for products that would be very popular with my audience.. I just don't have the IM knowledge to maximize it.
- I genuinely love what I do.. everything I put out will be the absolute best quality I can possibly make it. No scammy nonsense going on here.

Here's what I need:
- Someone who has seen projects through successfully in the past
- a PARTNER in the first product launch. I'm not looking for someone to "consult" with me and push me in the right direction. I need someone to be in the trenches with me.
- MUST be located in the U.S.
