Blog Expanding (2 Products in The Pipeline) - JV Needed ASAP!

Hello Warriors,

Incomescene.com is a 15 month old blog currently managed by three people (I'm one of them). For most of the blog's life our emphasis has been on content creation, it's been more like a personal blog.

But recently, we decided to monetize the blog and the first major step we're taking is to embark on a product launch. But we need ONE MORE PERSON on board to help us reach our target quicker. We are currently working on two products (A free and a paid one) and other plans will commence as soon as we get through with the first two.

Coming in, you would have a 10% stake and you'll have a say in what happens to the blog. We'll do most of the work (the product creation, traffic, list building etc), you'll just have to take care of payments and the likes.

The first product is at an advanced stage and we hope to get it all done by the first week in March. You'll get to see the drafts, and give suggestions. You will even be featured as a member of the team.

    It will be really great if you can explain what do you mean by managing payments? Do the partner need to set up some sort of payment gateway? Or, its about managing the sales and after sales portion?

      The partner would invest a certain amount and he would manage payments and keep track of other finance-related records. If he chooses, he could also be involved in the other parts mentioned (product creation, promotion, and in the running of the blog).
