Looking To JV With A Website Seller.
Hi there,
As I've decided to liquidate some of my websites to invest in a PLR project of mine, I'd like to use the Warriorforum to do so. I know if listing them on Flippa it'd cost $19 per auction and be a whole hassle. If you're a website broker, buy & sell them, find buyers, or whatever the case may be, I'm willing to offer 20% of the sale per site of mine you help sell - as in, you find the lead to who buys it.
Also some notes: I'm looking to go through Escrow or PayPal (for smaller ones), the sites are all Wordpress, I'd push the site through cPanel, I'm from Philadelphia, PA and would prefer to talk via phone or Skype chat to any potential buyer.

* Sites have made me about $700 in the past 2 months (see Earnings below in pic). ALSO, on each site I offer to write reviews for the companies. They contact me for a review of their company and it takes around 15-30 minutes to do so. I charge $100-200, and you can do. I can provide any pics of PayPal payments for proof: with this, I earned $150, $200, and $150.
** EVERY site has been SEO'ed several months ago by Matt LeClear's article drip feed ($50). No other SEO has been done. Most blog posts have been uploaded on to Ezines by Platinum author (me) and will stay there with a link back to the site.
*** Sites without specific stats have low traffic, as in 1-15 hits a day depending on the site.
**** All sites have 10+ reviews and 4+ blog posts. EVERYTHING IS UNIQUE.
Earnings:
