I have 2 proprietary scripts - JV or ?

I have 2 scripts which were developed for our group. They are ours (we paid to have them developed) and not available anywhere else. One is a affiliate script in php which has all the bells and whistles. The other is a adult video chat script (similar ones sell for over $1,000 on the internet). I am stretched pretty thin with my time and do not have enough time to market these. I am open to any and all JV's or offers such as marketing, affiliate sales, outright purchase with either PLR. MRR, or complete and sole ownership. I can show the affiliate script in action and the adult video chat script in demo.
