1 person to co-own/launch my product

I am also interested in someone to partner with on my products.

Here are some quick details...

Niche: "How to do magic"
Main Site: TimDavidMagic.com
Sales: Over $30,000 in 2012
List: Over 8,000

Current Business Model:
I get whatever free traffic comes my way (My youtube vids are #1 in Google for some key terms...my channel has about 3.4 million views). Then I get them to opt in, then I sell them DVDs and downloads through autoresponder emails. Pretty simple. Could be a LOT better. Lots of lost opportunity.

Some Missed Opportunities:

* Over 5000 YouTube subscribers...never do anything with them
* Not emailing my list regularly
* No sales systems in place
* No blogging
* No real SEO strategy
* No social media strategy
* Only two of my books are on the Kindle, ignoring every other e-reader platform
* No continuity programs
* No affiliate partnerships
* Not selling ezine ads

Proposed Partnership: I need someone to market and grow the business. I'll provide the products and the list. We'll brainstorm strategy together. 50/50 split.

My program has to do with solo ads. I would love for someone to help me launch my program. It's a $497 program and I'm limiting it to 20 people. Of course I would give the JV partner 50% of the sales.

I would much rather do it at the $497 price as opposed to selling it for only $9.95 and an upsell of only $37. I'm putting my time on the line here and it's worth a lot more than a measly $37. I just put it out there to show that I had some versatility.

My preference is someone who can help me drive 20 sales and just do it as a one-shot-deal instead of all the hassle of a WSO.
