JV: eBay/home business list opp

Looking for possible opportunities with JV partners to promote an eBay business eBook. Book is written for the UK market, and has sold nearly 300 copies in 4 months off the back of one forum.
The main selling point is through getting people started on eBay, and then providing them with sourcing strategies
The eBook is currently £27. Not looking to list swap or anything like that (as I only have about 140 on my list at present).
Low refund rate, straight 50/50 profits share, ideally looking for a UK targetted list.
