I am looking for USA based person,who can help in starting kickstarter campaign for my next venture.I can offer person 10 % stake in the company.we are looking to raise $100k to 200k for our unique website project.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, OP...but I believe you were looking for someone to help you get your Kickstarter campaign up and running so that you can raise the 100K-200K.

    For that help in getting the campaign up you were offering 10%, correct?
