Position Overview:
At any given time we have multiple projects going on simultaneously. Our goal with any project is to determine if it can yield a good ROI, and if so, in what way can we expand and scale that project up.
Which brings us to our Micro Worker Solution:
That is where you come in. Essentially what we’re doing is setting up micro versions of profitable internet marketing projects for select candidates. We set up the campaigns, get affiliate accounts approved, manage the projects, invest in the resources, and provide any instructions and training necessary to keep it running smooth.
So what do we ask of you?
We ask that affiliates carry out tasks each day or week in exchange for a percent of the profit earned from those projects we establish.
Why hire on a performance basis and not a full time staff member?
This beta project deals only with our lower earning internet marketing ventures. And while these projects do produce steady reliable income, the ROI is too small to warrant full time in house staff to run the projects in their entirety.
And while the tasks are simple and easy to carry out….in mass they take up a HUGE amount of time and resources. And because the income produced is relatively low, we would simply have to drop them and focus on our main income streams.
Solution:
To remedy the situation and capitalize on all our income producing projects we are hiring affiliates/contractors to carry out simple tasks associated with these projects in exchange for a percent revenue share of the income produced.
We invest the money and set everything up, and you carry out some administrative and maintenance tasks in exchange for a percent of the profit.
For a few hours of work our affiliates earn a good amount of revenue for the work put in, and learn some things about affiliate marketing in the process.
Additional Benefits:
In addition to the shared income/profit select candidates get free business consulting, continual training and coaching on how to legitimately make money via internet marketing, at least one free website + domain name (for those that stay on 60 days or more)……
