Need to JV with a few marketers for my eBay store - Niche - Italian leather hand made products

I am an eBay seller, been on warrior for a while now and I believe there are a good number of talented marketers here.
So as far as my products are concerned, I have listed my products on eBay, I run a store there. I get about 1 conversion every 40 views on fixed price listings and auctions usually do well going over the breakeven price. My profit per item ranges from $8 - $20 and I have sold 124 products in the month of May. I have done reasonably well from when I started however, now I am looking for some heavy marketing for my sales to tick atleast the 300 mark.
My products are made from Italian leather hand processed in China.
I am open to JV with anyone who is a experienced marketer and can market my eBay store using the right ways. I am ready to offer up till 50% commission per sale.
