JOINT VENTURES

Paused right now - hit max sites I can work with.

We have a system with Word Press blogs that Google seems to just love. We are ranking sites in days that have not even been indexed yet. One example is an attorney site for Georgia 135,000/month searches and $12.70 PPC:
georgia attorneys
We got it ranked to #4 in three days, and yes .info's can rank as easy as .com's

We have done this over, and over the last couple weeks and the results have been the same with less competitive niche sites going to #1.

The biggest profit we can make is if your site can be sold to a local business. We have two killer sales guys dying to push these. And we go for the monthly rental and not a one time fee so we can make money off the site for as long as it is ranked.

Obviously other revenue avenues are turning it on Flippa, lead generation (Again, we have reps sitting around they can sell leads), Selling ad space, and lastly would be Adsense/AFF Income.

The split can be case by case as I am not greedy. If you have worked your butt off for a year and just need a little push to get on the first page ... you get more. If you just make it and it is not even ranked in the top 100, I might get more. We can work it out per deal.

Oh ... want a semi funny example? A company wanted to know if we could rank an address for a property they were selling because homes.com, realestate.com and all those others were beating them out. I slapped up a FREE wp blog this morning and we have spots #3 and #4 : )

Richard, will take a look at it.

Cloudbacklinks, not sure what you are talking about with 320 exact match ranking example. If I do an exact match with "georgia attorneys" it looks like I am #1 out of 250,000 on my search :

Anyway, if a site is sold, it is split. Everything made would be split.

Thanks for the reply, I wish to know the transaction in depth if you want to take the escrow payment on flippa and then split it with us. This is way too risky for the owner of the site fyi.

I just took a quick look at the backlink methods that you use but it's quiet blackhat tbh:

For example this at your PR5 site:

Will the links inside still stay there after the site is sold on Flippa?

And then I see you make use of 150* .info domains, all PR0

I don't know but I sure know I wouldn't want to be a buyer at flippa when a site has been backlinked in such way.

The PR5 site is not where the links are coming from for the blog push. I put that in a few days ago just to test a few things. I am always testing things from the pure white hat manual EDU links or etc, to anything BH that may work on my sites. I make a point not to use BH on sites I am planning to sell just in case it back fires in the future. We use the monthly rental model for recurring income vs. selling. Anyway, no Panda/Penguin hits on me yet ... knock on wood :-)

Yeah, we have over 1,000 domains, and most probably are PR0. I never pay attention to the PR's because I personally have not found it to be that big a factor in ranking.

I am surprised your $19 EMD ranking service has not sold 1,000 copies. Send me more information on how competitive the terms can be. Lol ... not to hijack my own thread, but I would almost rather outsource for $19 than spend my time doing what I have to do myself for these EMD's :-)

The $19 only works on easy keywords, like profession + city + state EMD's, or other Adsense style keywords of 3-4 words with 1k searches. If it would rank any EMD to the top I would be amazingly rich. Can't expect that for $19,- although I have moved dozens of sites to the top 5 with it. It's all about kw research.
