Looking for JV affiliate partners

I own a cash back website, and I am looking to extend my JV list with ecommerce websites.
If you are not aware what is Cash Back website, a cash back website means a rebate site that pays buyers a cash back on their purchases when they shop in affiliated partners.
If you have a website and need to increase your sales, contact me to look out if we can work as JV. The relation between the sites will be through affiliated networks. If you already with a site like linkshare, CJ, or others please feel free to email me and let me know. If not we can work it out as long as we can see a value of the JV for both websites.
