Looking for JV Partners for survey/coupon service for offline businesses

Are you tired of peddling how-to-make-money products in a cut-throat market and want something high-quality to sell to the millions of offline businesses with very little competition and make ongoing income every month?

I created a survey product for offline businesses that have walk-in traffic and am looking for JV partners who might be interested in having their own white-label version of this to add to their product line.
I'm thinking the businesses who might be best for this would be hair salons, restaurants, service-oriented businesses. But really just about any business could use this.
You'd work closely with me to really target this market and deliver top-quality service/support which people are starving for.
What we'd do is set up the service on your own domain name and you would add your personalized sales copy, videos, whatever marketing, etc... I would support and maintain the service, add features, handle billing, etc...
Here's how the service works:
1. Offline business enters a few short questions asking customer what they thought of their visit, etc..., and then they enter the incentive that the customer gets for filling out the survey
2. Offline business hands out small flyers to their walk-in customers along with their normal receipt.
3. Customer goes home, takes the survey online and prints out coupon.
This is already being done at big-box stores and chain restaurants like Chilis, you know, where your receipt says take this survey and win $25,000, etc...
What I wanted to do was bring this same strategy to mom/pop offline businesses for a very low cost to them.
Here are some benefits to offline businesses:
1. Allows offline businesses another way of collecting customer information for continual marketing (many times they have no idea who their customers are!)
2. Let's them get customer feedback
3. Drives repeat business by getting coupons into the hands of their most loyal customers
The primary benefit to their customer is that they get a coupon for their next visit to a store they already bought from.
