Looking for Mrktg person/JV for ePub/Kindle/Mobi Conversion Service for my friend's company

My friend owns a Data Conversion company in India which provides all kinds of PDF conversion services like PDF - Epub, PDF - Doc, PDF - mobi (Amazon's Kindle Format), Doc - ePub, mobi etc. They also do fixed layout which is ePub3 which gives you a great output for all children books with high end graphical images, audio books, etc.
There are innumerable publishers, authors, e-Book sellers looking out to convert their eBooks into Smart-phone compatible formats and sell them out in online stores like Amazon Kindle store etc.
This kind of services are offered by many MNCs (who gets some renowned Authors or Publishing companies) throughout the world at higher rates (95% of them are outsourced to India and other countries at much lower rates). These MNC's get their jobs done by outsourcing them to Vendors who actually process your books into ePub formats at 1/10th of the actual price that has been quoted to the customer.
If there is a proper Marketing person, they can also connected to these potential buyers who can get their ebooks converted in no-time at a much cheaper rate. By this way, benefit will be at both ends.
I have seen one of my friend in SA who was converting his books at skyhigh prices and was getting stung by MNC's for all his conversions. Now he is happy getting all his books converted at best quality with far lesser price after my referral. Hope they are many such authors around the globe.
