Online Marketing **EXPERT** Needed - (America Only)

I run SIS Media Group, LLC a company located in Kentucky here in the United States, and I am looking for an online marketing consultant to come aboard and help us grow here at SIS Media Group.

Now, we are looking for an EXPERT, not an Amateur, and EXPERT who know what they are doing and know alot about the industry of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, etc. We have a plan and a framework in place here and we are looking for someone to help come in and help get it up and going as I personally don't have the time to do it all myself.

We are looking for someone who is an expert with the following things:
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Link Building
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Wordpress & Plugins
  • Clickbank & Other Affiliate Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Marketing Research
  • Client Communication
  • Setting up Website
  • Monetizing Websites
  • Buildilng Online Assets
  • Pay-Per-Click Management
  • Content Spinning

Now, as I mentioned we are a start up and a growing business with a good plan and a good framework already in place we just need someone to come in and help us get the company up off the ground and moving.

Now, the person that we pick needs to understand something, that right now this is going to be mostly done as an independent contractor and they can work from home now and work from their location, BUT as we are going to be up and growing we are going to be looking to bring them in as a PAID EMPLOYEE with FULL BENEFITS and RELOCATION will be required, so if you are not okay with the fact of possibly relocating in the future (2 - 5 years) then understand that at that point we WILL be HIRING someone FULL TIME and they will be loosing this position that they are working with us, however, the position would first go to them, as we have spent time in training and bringing them up.

Now, a couple of others things, this position is going to basically consist of TWO POSITION combined into ONE, (Working For Clients Part, as well as an Internal Part), and it is important to understand that each of these positions have different requirements and different pay structures which you need to read below:

Position One: (Working for Client Projects) - This is basically going to be where you would be working for us as an independent contractor and we would be paying you a flat hourly rate to work for us and complete work that is assigned to you such as Building Links, Optimizing Website, Creating Content, Spinning Content, etc. It would be a set project budget and you would work on that budget and get paid exactly what you put into it. We would negotiate an hourly rate with you, and you would complete it as you do, for example if your hourly rate is $15/hour, and you work 10 hours, then we would pay you $150 flat out, and we would be done with that part of the job.

Position Two: (Internal Working and Building) - Now, this is going to be well helping us grow and help put our plan into reality is going to be playing a vital role. We have a plan as well as a nice framework in place and we need an expert to help us put it into place as we can only do so much in a day, so we need someone else to help us to put it in play. Now what you would be doing here is helping us to build links to our site, help put up multiple internal asset websites that we would be using for link building purposes, affiliate revenue, advertising revenue, etc. We need this person on board because we just can't do all the work ourselves. Now, for this work we are going to negotiate a % of Profit Sharing with the online marketing expert. So you would be getting a percentage of the monthly profits that are brought into the company each and every month for as long as you sign and agree with.

So, as I mentioned this position is really two position in one, the working on client projects as well as internally helping us build the company up, and for that you would be paid hourly for your work you do on client projects as well as a monthly profit sharing for working on internally building up the company.
