JV For Webdesign Business
Hi there, So I have a JV offer, I have a system for offline marketing ( I got from my mentor). I will do the whole work like research the potential clients, web site designing, emailing and everything else.
Only thing I want from my partner is to Put his phone no. below the email, so when clients call, he is the one who actually represents the company, tells them about the service and close them ( I am doing this because for some reason people still don't respond to Indians).
So in a way he doesn't have to do any cold calling, since leads will be warm. Or If he is willing he can get the clients himself too, as that will be an additional benifit. I forgot to tell about profit sharing, it will be shared in the 50-50 ratio.
I know SEO too. Once we get the customer for web designing we can even sell them SEO.
