Seeking Lead Developer, Technical Support Admin and Project Manager for JV on profitable network

I am seeking a talented and skilled individual or two/three that has a good amount of time available regularly to help oversee the development of many websites and the management, training and organizing of a small team of workers and the tasks that need to be performed. Remuneration options would be open for discussion but I'm basically looking for somebody that is interested in a long term / indefinite small piece of a big pie.
You (or 2/3 of you combined) will need to be experienced in the following areas:

- graphics design, digital art, vector art, animations, video production, Adobe Suite
- WHMCS, Cpanel/WHM, linux server administration, support tickets
- HR & project management
- Google Docs/Drive/Hosted Apps suite (i.e. gmail etc at your domain)
- Mobile App Development, mobile sites
