Partner wanted to JV on Google news site - NO $$$ investment required.

I am looking for a JV to partner with on my existing Google news (accreditation applied for) site. The site is focused on Business News from Utah State, the home of many blue chip organisations.
The site, albeit updated daily has fallen by the way side in terms of hitting targets due to my ridiculous work load and recent real estate development project.
My intention is to see the site through to Google news approval and then to auction the site of to the highest bidder around the anticipated region of 30000-50000usd.
My philosophy is that I'd prefer to have a small slice of a big pie rather than all of a small pie. On this basis my offer is for an experienced IM to help generate content and increase traffic, in return for the enjoyment of 50% revenue share of monthly income and in addition to 50% of the site auction price.
