The days of Monday morning meetings have gone the way of the 8-track audio experience in today's fast paced sales environment. It seems no one has the time, budget, or resources to pool the staff together, go over some fundamental sales techniques, practice up, and go hit it hard.

So, I vowed to fix the problem, with a twist (that's where you come in).

HeyPitch.ME is a weekly live webinar series where sales pros and aspiring students can 'hone' their craft through open role play and feedback exercises. I also built an interactive discussion forum as well as a physical newsletter (weird, but effective) that goes right to my members' doorsteps, chock full-o inspirational and practical goodness.

The format of the webinar involves a short brush up on a fundamental topic followed by 3 volunteer role play presentations from the membership (they request this in advance). Each 'hot seat' gets 10 minutes for a short presentation and feedback from the instructor(s).

I've been in beta for about a month and worked out most of the kinks. My beta testers are extremely pleased and grateful for the experience, and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. It's time to go live, and I'd like to do it in a very unique way that involves my friends here on the Warrior Forum.

The opportunity:

2 voices are better than 1, I think we'd all agree. So, if you've got sales chops, I'm offering to bring you on as a guest instructor on a rotating basis to provide alternative perspectives.

• Looking for about 10-12 different instructors.
• Roughly a monthly rotation.
• Your commitment would be 1 hour on a Monday.
• Plus regular participation in the discussion forums.

Qualifications:

I'm accepting interested parties from all walks of life to come on board and be a part of HeyPitch.ME. In order to be considered, you should fit somewhere within the following guidelines, although strong candidates with exceptions will certainly get a chance as well.

• We're looking for you to have some of the following qualities:
• List/network of at least 500 buyers (offliners are great for this).
• 1,000+ responsive subscribers (offliners are great for this).
• You have 3+ years experience in sales (phone, live or web).
• You have experience teaching someone else about sales in a live environment.
• You are not a tool, or an arrogant jerk.
• You have a defined process or methodical approach to sales.
