      You won't need to use Wordpress unless you want to install a Blog on another sub-directory through your Cpanel hosting account. The basic site is all set up and ready to go. Ugly sites work because that usually means the back-end nobody sees is working for you.

      How much money depends on the niche you choose and how good you are at audience optimization. You have to give people what THEY WANT so they become repeat customers that send you referral traffic.

      How long it takes to become profitable depends on too many factors to list. Selling something just to make money is too much work and takes longer than if you're providing consumable products that people want or need.

      Making money online without an established off-line business is NOT easy just like starting an off-line business before 1995 was NOT easy. You just have to figure out what you like doing the most and when you become an expert you'll make money....it just takes time.

        Your JV post mentions "getting ready to rank" at this website. You're setting up the account with your info and I'm managing the account day to day, right?
        You mean the domain registration? Either in both our names or how about 2 sites, one in each of our names and we'll split the profit between them both? Whatever works best for you. Getting the sites ready to rank means adding unique content, sending out newsletters and providing customer service.

        My other question is... how committed are you to the backend? I have no problem with ugly sites, but are you worried about missing out with social media buttons, prominent opt in box placement, etc?

    Are you going to register the account on RankPay yourself? I'd be really suspicious about joining an SEO service through anyone's affiliate link with the promise they'd pitch in for the first month or two.

    EDIT: I'm also interested in how many keywords you plan to target with this service per site.

    You've got a really compelling idea and I'd be interested in those details.

    I wanted to know if you would partner with who already has the site, contents and is willing to put effort into putting more content in the site. I have bunch of sites that I need to do SEO but hasn't done any in any of my sites. Some of the sites bring in 50 to 60 visits a day without seo effort.       Social Buisness is creative ideas and solutions that solve problems so why don't you list all your domains right here on this thread so we can both find poeople to partner with. I'll add another project in Base Camp so you can keep track of everything and maybe we can figure out what works faster if we have a variety of different sites to work with.

    I would love to hear how people are doing with their domains. The idea of just focusing on creating content and user engagement is very appealing.

    ThriftGirl62 also seems like a quality partner (based on reading the posts).

    Any feedback on how the projects are going?

        Yes, definitely interested in your aged domains! I'll quit renewing mine and we'll develop yours instead. We can work something out on YOUR terms so you're more comfortable and that always makes the deal fair and that's what works for everyone.

        Thanks! Yes, I do try my best to help by sharing resources at no charge no matter how long it takes your sites to start making money. So what's the catch? http://www.productioncarcare.com/videos/like_equal.swf None. Been there, done that and making money is fun so I want to help others become professional fun-havers too! Happy people attract money because they're having fun, not wasting time looking for GRQ schemes that don't exist.

        I wish I knew how the projects are going but for the last 3 months I've been moving - downsizing is a LOT of work after the kids move out a leave their stuff behind!

        Anyway, I'm back now and rather than deal with email pile-up, my number is 209-922-2192 day or night.
