Hi, I've been in a relatively small niche since 2005 (how to do magic tricks). I don't have the time anymore to keep my sites up.

I'd love to find a business partner who is well-versed in IM strategy and techniques to "take over" for me.

Last year my site brought in $30K with 8000 subscribers.

I don't have any kind of system, I just threw up a bunch of web sites and products. I really think there's a lot of lost opportunity here. Advice?

Are you interested in coming on board as a partner and working with a small group on a solid product line in an under-appreciated niche? Or are you mainly looking to sort of buy out ideas and take control?
