Looking for Graphic Artist

I am in search of a graphic artist to partner up on a new project. I have been launching digital products online for almost 3 years now with great success.
One such product type that my lists seem to love are single niche marketing packages.
In 2013 here, I plan on releasing multiple niche packages plus a new membership site for these such buyers.
These packages include PLR content, niche specific sales funnels, research and now I want to add nice graphic packages to these product launches.
This is where you, the graphic artist, comes to play. I'm looking for banners, headers, social media profile art, flyer templates, and if possible (and highly wanted) a custom cartoonist.
I'm interested in finding a long term partner who is ready to grow a thriving business. I have everything else taken care of and you're only responsibility will be a graphics package twice per month for our launches.
Payment will be based on the launch and membership site profits. I can offer 25% for the right graphic artist (you will be contributing less than 25% of the total product, so no complaining). My last launch did over 500 sales the first 24 hours and received JVZoo Product of the Day.
