Website in the JV Niche That Makes Money!


Hi everyone, I am searching for a serious partner who wants to take over the management of one of my websites that is in the Joint Venture Niche. You will become a partner and split profits!



This Site has HUGE Potential! It is already making money...($50-$100/Month)





I have spent around 3-5 K to develop it and it can make thousands a month in my opinion. I already have ideas on how to make it even more profitable and I have some marketing ideas that I am sure will go a long way in getting more traffic.



The partner I am looking for is someone who is committed to improving this site to its full potential and who wants to take on the full management of this site.



If you are interested I would offer 100% of the profits for 3 Months. A full partnership agreement would be in place describing this, and after the 3rd month you would be 40% owner of the site.



To be considered as a partner you must be able to demonstrate to me that you have the following traits:


  • You MUST have skills in OS-class
  • You have to know how to changed the code and improve functionality.
  • You must understand SEO and how to improve rankings
  • You must have experience in the Joint Venture niche or be able to develop content or hire people to write for a JV blog
  • You must have marketing experience in developing and promoting websites
  • You must be able to create nice landing pages - which will be part of my marketing plan we can discuss.
I cannot post the website here, but if I think you have what I am looking for in a partner I will show you the site.
