Looking for a programmer / website designer

Hello, me and a friend are looking for an experienced programmer and website designer that is interested in a big project, starting from scratch basically. We will bring you on board as a part of the group. Because the project is starting from scratch, we probably won't be receiving any money soon, so we all would be working for free for a while. The project we are going through has the potential to grow massive and has been proven to work, we just need someone to be able to modify templates and possible run off of their own server and make their own unique template.     Would you be able to go into details as to what kind of 'programmer' you are looking for? Was this programming for websites specifically or will it require knowledge of programming software? Would there be any opt-in for the chosen programmer?
