Some questions I'm getting I thought I'd post answers here for anyone interested.

Question - How do I get paid?
Answer - Directly into your bank account

Question - Will there be a legal agreement?
Answer - Yes of course.

Question - What about taxes etc.
Answer - I'm afraid you'll be responsible for these.

Question - Can you help with the methods of marketing.
Answer - Yes. There are amny marketing methods from free to low cost.

You live in the UK and you are looking for property in the US? I'm kind of curious as to how you will/do close these deals out?

Hi,
The type of deals I do can't be found in the UK plus I have a number of US based partners. How I close deals? Pretty easy tbh. Phone with seller then my lawyer does the legal things to close the deal.
