Give Away My Product - I'll Pay You!

If you're in the Internet marketing niche, this JV request is for you.
I'm launching a brand new product called The Double Agent Method, which teaches integration marketing techniques as well as affiliate recruitment. What I'd like to do is pay you to give away my free report.
Every time someone downloads the free report on the front end, they're hit with a OTO of $97. Upon purchase of this, I will pay out 50% to whomever referred that person.
So, you get paid to provide quality content to your subscribers. What could be better?
