I want to write a review of your product and place it on my blog and also send it to my list of 1,300 newsletter subscribers.

Your product must cost less than $50
Your product must be in the blogging/IM niche
You must offer me a good commission on sales
You must give me free access to your product

You don't have to do anything for me except give me access to your product so I can review it (and a good commission of course). This could be a great way to blast your product to a large subscriber base and make some sales.
