JV With Wordpress Expert To Launch Killer Membership Site

I have a unique and awesome idea for a membership site and looking to do a JV with a wordpress expert to help out. The infrastructure is in place but need help with some technical aspects of the site.
We can do a shared revenue model for paying members. I'm very confident this site can turn out to become a 6 figure business one day.
