Why all the secret PM messages? My suggestion would be to get at least 5 product creators on your team and use Deal Guardian to handle the contracts between the partners as well as the profit sharing. If any of your partners have all or most of their focus on money, get rid of him/her.

The main focus always has to be on getting better results and you need full concentration to keep working until you get the results you want and that takes time. Product creation takes a lot of time in most cases.

I have a ton of PLR software if that counts as product creation? But I wouldn't want to be the only one. All team members need to throw everything into the pot and work together to make the best in the World products instead of hiding in secrecy like someone's going to steal your idea but they can't. They won't know what to do with it because they don't have your vision. You share that with your team [under contract] and make something great instead of just mediocre like 80% of the products being produced now.

Picture your death bed: Would you rather be called a has-been or a never-was? That's what happens when ideas are guarded for no good reason.

BTW: These are just suggestions. I am not cut out to be anyone's Leader but I will be your right-hand girl. You decide what you want and it's up to us to make it happen, Captain because anything with 2 heads or no head at all is a monster!

I found you on here. I love your work. I woke up this morning thinking to check into warrior forum. I believe in the power of prayer. I am honest and ideas person. i have need of somone like you technically speaking. I have many ideas. my sites are not effective. I have friend in the business that are making quite a lot of large sums of money selling music online & would/will be willing to help me/us if we co-create. they are master marketers.

He keeps telling me to write an e book on quitting smoking and go into coaching. i quit smoking years ago. i am almost done the e book. I like to write and create etc. but dont' have the energy since I am trying to keep up with what i am working on now.

I agree with what you said to create something big & great & especially like what you said to "help a lot of people" I feel the same way. Yes, I would like to make more money but not just for ego reasons like some people. I have a big heart. maybe we can do something together.

some of the sites i am working on are: www.freephillyinfo.com and want to change layout to "bulldog" but want to have a simple layout and possibly add other non-paid bloggers to start; want to have add your pic, story or video upload. also have other site: click n save philly would like to develop. also have TBI Stories, also : The Delco Blogger :: Fast Local Advertising That Works!!! needs work.; they all have potential but I like the idea of having a partner. What we are:
a Mandarin Chinese school

What we do:
we teach people Chinese

What we are trying to launch:
a niche market membership sites using unique content for intermediate learners. When I say unique, I mean absolutely unique. It's a small industry and I'm absolutely certain of that.

We can do all the content production, but have trouble implementing technical/social media marketing aspects of things.
