What makes a JV partnership really great?

How can I make a irresistable offer.

Plus how can I get loads of affiliates for a product im creating

    What makes a JV partnership great for me is when they are putting in a load of effort to make it work. I hate getting PMs from people that expect me to do most of the work to ultimately profit them. There aren't specific things I expect people to do I just want to know that they are working *with* me to get things going.

    When it comes to encouraging affiliates my advice is to do absolutely everything you possibly can to make their lives easier. Provide everything they need to promote you. Email, banners, reviews, images, samples etc etc. Give them a great commission percentage. Do some upfront testing and provide some proof of conversion. One guy I promoted recently even gave me a 2:1 adswap with his list for promoting him So not only did I get the commissions from sending 3,000 people his way but I also got 6,000 people sent to my squeeze page!

    I think in anything you do if you over deliver or deliver more than expected you will both benefit. So, I look for partners that I can either help or who are willing to help me and I try to make it effortless or as effortless as possible for the JV partner, like Andy said providing them with the emails, etc. so all they have to do is send it. Also, I want them to be happy with what they get from the JV.

    An irresistable offer is one that solves a problems I have. We all have short attention spans and I want something that will solve my problem now - people are like that too, so make your offer something that solves a problem for people and make it easy for them to find and obtain.
