Looking for products in the Real Estate Investing niche

I have a list of over 4000 in the Real Estate Investing niche. I am looking for some quality products to promote. Now, I am not looking for a $7 ebook, I want quality products, training courses, etc and I also would like 3-5 quality emails that I can send out. Prewritten emails with some meat in them so that the list is going to get some good info related to your product.

    Are the products to relate to the Canadian Real Estate Market or can they be products with general appeal.

    Also could you clarify if you list is made up of traders & dealers or real estate professionals such as estate agents etc?

    Sorry, I had been replying to my PM's but not watching the thread here. We have had some success with products we have promoted so far, thanks to those who have worked with me.

    A bit about my list. They are mostly "new" investors. My main product targets newbies. Most of the list is US based, my product is geared towards the US market.

    My list would be made up of individuals learning various investing techniques- not traders or professional real estate people.
