My name is Dale. A buddy of mine owns a software company and they don't have enough work to keep their programmers busy for the summer months. They don't want to lose their programmers, and he hates having to pay them just to wait around for their project to be ready.

I was told that I could have his team create a program for me extremely cheap, just to put them to work. If you don't want to partner, I can simply forward your project to my buddy and he can give you a quote based on the scope of the work that needs to be done. Otherwise, if you are interested in a JV and have an awesome idea for a software, I would be willing to help you bring your idea to life. I can share in the cost of getting it created. Otherwise, if you didn't have the money to invest, perhaps we can work out another arrangement.
