Looking for pitch/traffic partner.

I am looking to partner up with someone who has been very successful creating pitches and selecting the right kind of traffic for programs. The site I need the JV for is Nicheprofitacademy in my sig. Everything is setup and paid for, but I am not doing well at all as far as getting targeted traffic to it. I am willing to fund the ad campaigns or list drops.
