Experienced IM'er required for business proposition!

Hi Guys,

I'm in desperate need of a mentor/business partner to help make one of my websites into a success. I'm in a position at the moment where I can put 3 hours a day solid work into the site and NEED it to be bringing in money consistently by the end of September. So far I've spent £1000 to have my site built and have spent a serious amount of hours creating all the content. At present I'm getting sales coming through maybe once or twice a week. I'll give you a quick run down of the site and what it does.

Ultimate Blues Backing Tracks | Free Blues Guitar Licks and Lessons

Essentially it's a site that helps blues guitarists get better. There are a massive amount of blues backing tracks available on the internet but they all sound kinda tacky, synthesized and 'karaoke' style. So when I recorded my backing tracks I made them using real instruments so it's like playing along to a real band rather than cheesy computer sounds. Then I created 10 blues licks or musical phrases for every track, so not only would customers get a really cool backing track they'd also get some ideas to practice and use with each track, so they're learning too. I've had some really great feedback so far and all my customers seem to love what I've done, I just need to supercharge my sales so I can make a living from the site.

I'm looking for an experienced IM'er with a proven track record to effectively become a mentor AND partner with me on this site. My first goal is to get the site to earn $100 a day consistently, then to increase it by $100 a day until it's earning big time! My inspiration for this site was

V Guitar Lessons

which is run by a fella called Ben Lowrey who claims his site earns him around $1000 a DAY! My thinking is that if he can do it, so can I!

Ideally I'd like someone who will give me a daily/weekly list of tasks to undertake (Rest assured they WILL get done) and is willing to get involved with the work too. I feel if there's two of us working on the site daily things will happen much quicker.

In return I'm willing to offer 50% of all site earnings for one whole year then 20% of earnings thereafter. Any takers?

Very nice site with lots of potential.

In my view you would do better to convert it in to a paid membership site and offer the tracks for free to members over time, as a sort of course, plus the tabs and other goodies and a forum.

This sounds very interesting but i wouldn't be interested in a % split simply because i only work at fixed rates.

Now however i could work out a deal with you and work with you for the next month on this and even longer if you liked as i see it has potential. However i would require payment for my time and work.

If you are at all interested then send me a PM with a monthly budget and i will see what i could do for that!

Beautiful site. I agree with apc01. This should be a membership site.
One idea is to go to a mailing list company and get a list of blues guitar owners or magazine subscribers to blues guitar mags.

You can go online and contact large list brokers for this. Purchase a few lists and send out postcard invitations to you website. Create a campaign that goes out to the lists six or seven times a year.
