Hey Warriors!

Chris Do from The Futur recently posted up his process of how he gets work done and thought this would be an interesting approach on how you can become more productive.

SMART Goals & Scaffolding
  • Create SMART Goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Bound
  • Focus on one goal at a time
  • Break it down into smaller actionable steps (Scaffolding)
  • Dedicate specific days for tasks to eliminate context switching and increase productivity

Prioritizing Tasks with An Impact Effort Graph
  1. Place all your goals in the middle of the graph
  2. Then move them around based on level of difficulty & the impact it would make on your goals
  3. Only do what ranks the highest in the upper right quadrant (easiest with the highest impact)
  4. Make a list of Top 3 Things To Do Now (next 30 days) & focus on finishing these first before adding another 3
