Very interesting WSO, I guess this can be done just for people in the U.S., or. There's any way to work this business from overseas? Thanks

very interesting, so once you have a lead, you post this lead to the Commercial broker, but how you do business with them, you act as a "Service Company" or you need a license to do that? and why people don't go to Alternative lenders like onedeck(found this name by using your search term), thx

You would have to find someone you trust domestically to work with.

No. This is a loan broker training manual / program. Not a lead generation program. No license required in this industry to become a broker.

People do go to Alternative lenders - and this is exactly what this is about. There is no one size fits all Funder. OnDeck is not. Deals have to be properly placed. You take the wrong file to OnDeck and they decline you have done a dis service to your client. You learn how not to take the wrong file to the wrong shop.

There are 40+ "OnDecks" all of them like different types of deals. That's why the biz is so important to learn. Brokers take files to OnDeck everyday I am sure. They don't approve and fund everything. However, there are other companies that fund stuff OnDeck will decline. Your job is to know where to take a deal.

You are 1 in a million really. 99% of people cannot and will not cold call. Mailings are expensive and for the big boys. This is an information manual. Not sure if a marketing manual for those that can't afford mailing and cannot be cold calling. How can this be marketed by the average person. I know the big guys (OnDeck) do robocalls by millions and mailings. How can this realistically work for Average Joe.

Your success was rare. You happened to be a an amazing cold caller, so your example is not realistic and should be not be taken as likely scenario.

It seems we are confused:

1. Guide is zero percent marketing.
2. Guide focuses on the semantics of the business. Process. Procedures. Deal placement.
3. Do essential web searches. Publishers routinely publish income data based on industry surveys.
4. MARVIN WAS DECLINED BY ONDECK and about 5 other funders. I got him money. I teach that skill.
5. According to the OnDeck bond prospectus - they report that HALF OF THEIR DEAL FLOW CAME FROM BROKERS.
6. I DONT COLD CALL. I SHOW HOW NOT TO COLD CALL AS A BONUS. I SHOW HOW TO GET ULTRA TARGETED INBOUND LEADS - AS A BONUS.
7. Again, MANUAL is ZERO percent marketing.

Thank you.

By the way. Every average broker is mass mailing existing customer lists these days, doing direct to voicemail drops, and hyper targeted stuff on social media.

No one cold calls a ton except for super large potential deals like the one search I recommended; "William Ramos $66,000."

I show the basics (above) as a BONUS, plus all my new tricks.

Other than the price of your book, how much money would be needed to start?

$250 - $500 depending on how you want to generate leads. "iAmNameLess" published a fantastic WSO about e-mail lead generation. So, if you were to purchase the things he mentioned in his book plus report to start generating e-mail leads I would say that $250 - $500 all in would be reasonable.

This sounds very interesting to me. As someone who got burned out from the usual Internet Marketing for offline business stuff this seems like something I would want to do long term. I'm wondering why it doesn't seem to be a lot of interest ( probably because you said it may take 6 months and not 6 weeks to build your business lol)

Here's my question: can we actually set this up as a business..meaning can I form an LLC with a business name and be a real broker with no license? Or is it a freelance..fiver/odesk type situation where you're just a regular person helping them out?

Deidra,

Fantastic questions. Yes, I do agree that most people in the WSO section are looking to "get rich quick." Thus, the opportunity to build a real business from the ground up is something they have no desire to do, and no interest in doing. I knew there would likely be very few Deidra's here. This is why I priced the WSO high enough so I don't waste time investing the best of me with folks who are not motivated, as the fact of the matter is, If this were on sale for $1, there would have been hundreds of copies sold by now. People are stuck going from gadget to gadget and are mortally afraid of going down the path of creating a sustainable business.

NO LICENSE is required. However, there is a steep learning curve that I help you overcome for six months. The learning curve is basically around deal placement. You take the wrong file to the wrong place, what should have been an easy commission check may vanish because the business owner will be offered a better deal to suit his needs elsewhere. I hope to help folks not suffer like I did where I would bring in leads, not know what I was doing, and lose the deal(s).

Naturally, MARKETING HELP IS A BONUS. I have more than a few tricks up my sleeve. :-)

Thanks for stopping by!!
