I sent you an email the other day and still no reply. Mike hasn't logged into my support system since the 15th, and there is a build up of support tickets. I think i should be refunded for this weeks VA costs as he doesnt appear to be working this week, ive tried to email him but no reply

This seems to be a frequent issue with your company. Is there no one to replace your assistants when they dont work as i cant afford for this to keep happening all the time ?

What you should do is hire a project manager to manage all your VA's to make sure they are working everyday, as this doesnt look good for your company.

Yeah the managed SEO is good for you. I have skilled Project Managers that can help you generate a campaign, keep track of your keywords, and everything else. The Project Manager is our inhouse SEO expert. He knows SEO and can help you with your campaign.

Our VA's will send daily reports, and we also have standards on how many hours it would take to do one task. This would verify that they are working 8 or 4 hours per day.

Thank you for your post. Sorry for the delay, had a tough week last week with the storms, internet problems. But we are back on track this week.

Most of the time, you pay them daily whether they use the automated software or not. Most automated software do need human intervention as well like captcha(if you don't give them captcha solver accounts). Once it's up and running, you can also assign other task for them.
