Im interested in SEO VA for one month but i have few questions for you.

1. Can your team work with non English keywords, but with English ABCD... characters?
2. How many websites at once can handle part time VA? (1-5 keywords for each site)

Thanks

I will be happy to answer your questions.

1. Yes, we can definitely help you out.

2. You can give the VA unlimited number of sites to work on, but would advice around 4 - 5 sites to get the maximum effect and faster results.

Thanks,

Jake

hi - I am interested in two VAs - is there a discount? One for SEO and one without tools who can do some social media marketing.

Is it ok to install monitoring software on their machines to see if they are really working on our work and for maximum efficiency.

Hello,

We can give you 5% discount plus a free Project Manager is you hire 2 or more VA's with us.

For the monitoring software, since we are changing our Operating System to Linux, I am not sure there are monitoring softwares available for Linux. We have to change OS because of licensing issues here in the Philippines.

But our VA's still have access to Windows Remote Computers to run the softwares.

Thanks,

Jake

Hello Warriors,

Testimonials from other forum:

I've been working with an SEO VA for the past week now...and all i can say is that I think this service is fantastic. The only problem I've got is that I did not think of getting this sooner!

My VA is always kind, friendly and most importantly willing to learn and complete tasks to MY standards!

A few tips for those considering this service:

Always stay organized, and have a well thought out plan of what you want your VA to accomplish.

Complete task lists for your VA in advanced...

Stay in control of your VA, let him/her know how long you expect certain things to take. And ask them to send you a report at the end of the day with a break down of their time - what has and has not been completed - and how long it took to complete those they did finish.

Take some time to train your VA. Do NOT expect your VA to have the same knowledge and experience you do - or as anyone else that has worked for you. Think of it as starting on a clean slate, and you can train them to do exactly what you want HOW you want.

I created step-by-step guides for my VA for each task and provided him with examples of work already completed. So far he has been able to cope just fine - at the moment his a little slow, but i have no doubt that things will speed up as he becomes experienced in my tasks.

With the help of my RAW, untrained VA I was able to complete an SEO cycle that would normally cost me $200...and that was in 4 days work! Once my VA gets all trained up and experienced with the tasks, I have NO DOUBT that we will comfortably be able to complete 3 of these SEO Cycles a week...

All in all, I think this is an absolutely fantastic service. In my opinion, anyone on the fence about this should should jump right in!

Thanks for a great service Jake

I can't say enough good things about how professional the assistant is. Management has also been very helpful and quick to respond.

The amount of work produced is very good! It is obvious that the VA's are experts and have the right tools available to them. Things that should be automated are.. things that should not be.. aren't. It didn't take long for me to achieve my goals of being #1 in the search engine results for multiple sites and keywords.

Excellent service at a great price. I highly recommend the 2 Day Trial if you are serious about scaling up your SEO work.

If you need some work done and can afford to get it outsourced then do it, as it leaves you to do more profitable / less boring things.

I had a small hiccup that was ironed out quickly with the help of Jake.

Overall a fine service that I hope is around for a long time to come.

Well unfortunately I had to cancel service. It must be very hit and miss with the quality of the VA's. In my experience, the VA was not able to understand directions, did not respond to emails when I sent instructions attempting to correct mistakes, submitted articles on Traffic Kaboom that clearly were going to be rejected, and sent email "proof" of submissions by just showing a screenshot of the "preview" screen in TK (which isn't proof of submission since you could cancel that and return to the previous screen). I think if the actual "approval" screen were shown, it would show almost every article rejected for failure to follow basic TK guidelines such as capitalization of titles, let alone readability. Additionally, articles that allowed 2 links, she links to the same site with the same anchor text twice...worthless for SEO. Further I explained this in detail twice and still was ignored.

I just overall got the impression that I was dealing with someone that didn't give a crap about their job and was rushing to finish things as fast as possible without actually trying to do a good job or paying attention to what you asked them to do. If they receive training, it can't be very thorough since basic mistakes were being made with submissions and judging by that, they definitely don't have any type of reference sheet or checklist to look at to make sure things are done correctly.

I ended up hiring someone else at double the price of this service just to be able to communicate with an intelligent person that could follow directions and, more importantly, ask for clarification when they don't understand something. At the end of the day it comes down to whether the VA makes your life easier or not, and having to spend an hour a day re-training someone who barely pays attention to anything you say does not make my life easier.

Hello,

Sorry for the problems and delay in my reply. I was travelling the last 48 hours to setup our new office.

Sorry about your issues, we could have at least solve the issue by letting me know. I should have sent a replacement as soon as possible since we cannot assure you will be happy with all our VA's.

That is why we have the 2 days trial, we want to make sure you are happy with our VA's. To compensate for the problems, please PM or email me your paypal email so I can send over the refund since you are not happy with our new VA and I can also offer 1 week free for a new VA which will I assure you that you will be satisfied with.

Let me know if you want to take on the offers I posted above.

Thanks,

Jake

I am very interested in 2 SEO VA's perhaps one for SEO and one for SEO/content. Please get back to me via PM so we can discuss this further. I also noticed here in the thread that some people have to stay on top of the VA or give them daily tasks to accomplish. If they are doing strictly SEO will they need to be told what SEO needs to be done such as backlinking or would I need to teach them what to do?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

We only have SEO VA's available as of now. But we do have SEO/Content Writers on training.

It basically depends on how you setup your campaigns. If you have a weekly campaign, you can just send it to them and they can work on it independently. But if you prefer to give daily task then they will ask on the task daily. If you want them to choose what links to built daily, they can also do that. It all depends on how you want them to work.

Thanks,

Jake

Don't waste your money. These guys are terrible. They don't respond to emails, can't follow simple instructions and appear to know little to nothing about SEO. In my opinion they probably did more harm than good. Half of their 'included services' were 'unavailable'. I complained about the first VA and after constant complaints to Jake he gave me a 'Project Manager' who was just as bad as the first, if not worse. No replies, could not follow simple instructions or did not understand simple seo principals. The reported 'output' per 8 hours could probably be done in 2 hours or less by someone who knows what they are doing.

Jake did give me a refund when I complained again, so basically I just wasted a whole lot of time and probably harmed some of my sites. These guys do no know what they are doing, and can only assume they rely on clients that know nothing about seo.

It also makes me question the validity of the 'gurus' who recommended this firm. This is not sour grapes but an honest report - something that I think is needed more on this site.

Hello James,

Sorry for the problems. I'm really sorry, unfortunately this is a different case. I sent you an email to explain what happened.

This is not how our VA's performed, this is just a different case where the VA had our trust and screw us. This is a lesson learned from us. Sorry again.

Wishing to hire a VA, your website is blocked as potentially malicious, which is something of a worry.

I have lots of low level small jobs to do that would be perfect for an assistant.

Where can I read more about what you provide?

Hello,

We still don't have access to that software, but we will review the software and might add it later next month.

Thank you for the suggestion.

Hello,

Sent you a PM and email.

We are changing theme so our website might have issues with Internet Explorer but works perfectly with Firefox or Chrome.

Thanks,

You did not refund the right amount please make the correction. I sent you an email specifying the amount so please check it and process the full refund.

I tried out Firstpage WebSearch and had an extremely bad experience. The first thing I noticed was that it was very hard to get in contact with jake, he would constantly have different reasons why he was unavailable. Emails usually require a 48 hour wait period before they respond which IMO is rediculious for a VA company. When we did get the details of my project ironed out he sent me the paypal invoice and i noticed that it was on recurring billing which was fine with me. After a week of paying for a part time web developer and a full time SEO/content writer I noticed little to no work was done. I emailed Jake about this and since a lot of the stuff i needed done to start was rewriting of content and web development he stated it was being worked on offline but would be up on the website within the next 2 days. 2 passed without contact from Jake or his team and then decided to wait another day to see if anything would be uploaded. The next day came and I noticed i had now been billed another week for a full time SEO/Content write. So far i had paid for a part time web developer equating to 10 hours of their time and I had paid for 2 weeks of a full time SEO/Content writer which should equate to 80 hours of their dedicated time. After sending multiple emails Jake had told me he was sick and that no content writer was ever assigned to me and he will get it done within the next few days. I was extremely upset that i had already paid and 2 weeks had gone by which was billed weekly and yet no one was assigned to my project though Jake had made it seem otherwise. I asked for a refund and he agreed to give me one which he stated would take 24-48 hours. 48 hours later and still no refund but i was not surprised, after many emails back and fourth finally a full 7 days after he said he would give me a refund i finally received my entire refund. My experience with Jake is that he is extremely hard to get a hold of and i can not attest to the quality of work that his company provides because i never received any of his work even though I did pay for it.

Hello,

First of all, my apologies on your bad experience with us. As far as our conversation is concern, I did inform you that I was very sick and was absent for 1.5 weeks so I wasn't able to manage your project. But as you said, you don't want to continue so we sent a full refund after a few days. 2 days of which is weekend.

About my communication, I am really sick and I am very busy setting up the new office, but again if you email or leave me a message on skype I would always respond within 24 hours.

About the quality, we did the 2 day trial and we sent you a design that you liked, I have the email conversation but after the design I was never around to manage and continue on with the project.

I really apologize for the problems and wish we can offer some sort of compensation for the bad experience you had with us. We can give you free SEO services, just let me know via email or PM.

Thanks,

Jake
