1. New Client Package(includes holiday list, VA details, schedule etc.)
2. Task List(includes what our VA's can do and the timeframe)
3. Template Diagram(you can design a flow chart that your VA can follow, it includes all our tools).

Are your VA's trained:

Yes, they are trained on their specific field. But as everyone know, we have different techniques and strategy that we like to implement, so I would like advice that eventhough our VA's are trained, it might take some time to train them and get them up to speed.

Do you give us a VA task schedule that we can follow:

Yes, we will send you a task list and the number of hours our VA can do. You can just mix them up, and send to the VA.

They work with less supervision and will give you an update after they work. It's like having a machine working while you are sleeping :-)

Communication with the VA:

- Voice (Skype, yahoo)
- Chat (skype, yahoo messenger, gchat)
- Email

Reporting:
- They will send you daily report, plus a time tracking spreadsheet where they note the work they've done every hour.

How do I get the 2 Day Trial:
- Please PM me or email me together with your VA requirements. Once we have a VA available for you, we will let you know the paypal link to subscribe. No payment needed, payment will come on the 3rd day, just subscribe then we will email over the VA contact details for you to start.

I don't have time to manage the VA, can you manage them for me?:
- Yes sure. If you have 2 or more VA's with us, we can throw in a Project Manager to handle the task or generate SEO campaigns for you. If you only have one VA's, you can hire our managers for $25 per week or $5 per day.

I am new to Internet Marketing, and I don't know anything about SEO:
- Email or PM us so we can discuss your projects, future plans and we will also give you a rough estimate on how fast we can rank your site or give you suggestions.

How do I get started:
- Drop me a PM or email me at admin@firstpagewebsearch.com on your needs and requirements so we can prepare a VA for you. Depending on the availability you can hire a VA ASAP or at least 24 - 48 hours depending on the availability.

Also please visit our FAQ Page for more information about our services.

I also get an email when she finishes with proof of the links or blog networks that she has gained.

Over the last 4 months I have seen some of my SERPs on a steady basis. I operate in a very completive market "Life Insurance". However the main site that she has been working on was went from no 11 on Google to no 1 and is now at number 3.

One sale in my industry can pay the VA for a year so I consider this a very attractive service. The fact that you get access to so many blog networks that would cost more than the price I pay the VA makes this a no brainer.

In fact I am considering taking on a full time developer and content writer to supplement the SEO VA and help develop some of my sites further.

Jake thanks for the service you offer.

I have been given regular report updates, quick turn around of work, and obviously great rates compared to others.

If you are looking for assistance for your marketing campaigns you can't go wrong with these guys, they have been great with me and my campaigns.

We are based on the UK and wanted to outsource our work to other suppliers without having to train them up or be ripped off.

If you need any further info on specifics PM me and I can try to provide more details where possible.

I usually send through a list of the things I need doing each week and he simply gets on with it - actually I forgot one time so rather than not do anything, he continued doing extra from the previous weeks tasks.

It is hard for me to find fault with the service being offered and for anyone that is interested in a VA, I would suggest giving it a try - you wont be disappointed.

I started the service just over a week ago and so far so good!

I just completed the weeks trial which we used to draw up my list of sites and give priority to some sites, we also used the one weeks trial to review my portfolio of websites and source the weaknesses so that we could then work out a clear long term strategy for all my websites. Straight from the word go Jake and his team impressed me because this is exactly what I wanted to see from the team some real forward planning and the creation of a well formed strategy/action plan.

The first day went very well indeed Jake has been very helpful and punctual, one of my greatest fears going into this was how punctual the VA would be when effectively left to their own devices but the experience I have had so far has put those fears to rest.

The quality of work so far has been second to none but the customer service has been even better and to me that is the most vital thing, skills come second to great quality service in my opinion particulary for a service like this. What impresses me the most is how well Jake deals with customers, even if they have issues with some parts of the services Jake offers free services to make up for it to me that speaks volumes.

I have taken on a part time VA on a monthly basis and I am not only looking to continue this for the long term but I will be looking to have the VA work full time within several months. I may look to add another VA to my team because juggling many businesses and find time to do the groundwork for each of my websites is difficult for me to do currently and the team help me an awful lot in that respect.

Of course the measurement of the monthly retainers success is the performances of my websites in terms of generating revenue and climbing the rankings but I have everything faith in the team.

I am pleased with the services and plan on using them for a long time to come! "

If you are looking to avoid the hassle of hiring, retaining and then managing a VA (which can be very stressful and difficult) this is a good service to use. I cannot comment on other kinds of service since I have not used them but for senuke the va was very efficient. Also, I was impressed by her work ethic, she really put time and effort in and was upfront and honest. Kudos to Jake for providing a great service and obviously great management and training to the VAs.

I get reports from my VA's each day and I am able to send them ebooks or reports (mostly WSO's ha ha) that I would like to implement and they get right on it with minimal hand holding.

I highly recommend their service!

I contacted Jake a number of weeks ago, but we crossed signals (I missed the Skype message he sent). I got back in touch last week, asking for the 'trial'.

I sent a pretty involved 'task list' including opening SB accounts, bookmarking for over a dozen sites with specific keywords & tags, and some other tasks. Most importantly, I asked for reporting, and to communicate directly with the VA.

The next day I received a very well-done spreadsheet including all the SB accounts that were opened, login details, etc. Also on the spreadsheet was each site I had given, plus the URL to the bookmark that was made, and it was all well-organized on a multi-page worksheet.

There were a few tasks that weren't addressed, but as soon as I mentioned it, Jake offered to follow up directly with the VA.

The following day I began putting together another task list. I also emailed Jake asking about arranging direct Skype communication. About 5 minutes after sending the email, I get Skyped by a young woman in RP.

We messaged back and forth for a bit so I could go into a little more depth and detail about my backlinking and bookmarking requirements. She was well-spoken, perfectly good English, and completely understood everything I spoke to her about.

Of course it's only been 2 days, but I'm impressed enough with the VA that Jake assigned (full-time) - and that was my biggest concern, that they be fairly intelligent and speak reasonably good English, and that I be able to communicate directly with them - that I've asked to begin setting up a 2nd full-time VA w/ Project Manager.

My initial impressions are very positive, and my confidence is pretty high.

They restored my belief that good, friendly and professional people still exist.

I’ve dealt with lots web designers before but nothing like this. Their work ethic, dedication and their willingness to meet my strict demands means they now have me as life time customer – seriously they are that good.

Their standard of work is superb and I’ve told them that if they wish to use mine or my business partner’s website (which both go live this week) as a testimonial website to show to potential clients they are free to do so.

Jake has found me an excellent SEO/VA whom i am very please with so far. In fact I am now in the process of considering another V/A. This way I can have dedicated team working for me which means that, i can finally work on my business rather than in it.

I am currently using other V/As from other sources but which i new about Jakes V/A earlier which would of save much headache.

So if you are considering outsourcing, check Jakes WSO out and see if its a good fit for your business.

This sounds like a great resource and I intend to discuss it with you in detail.

However, I also want to point out that WSO's require a special deal for Warriors only. Sorry if I'm getting this wrong but your offer sounds more like general promotion.

Are the rates you quote for WF members only? Or is the free trial for this purpose?

Don't get me wrong... I like what you're offering. But is this a special deal for the WF?

Thanks for any clarification.

I sent you a private message mate.

Anyway, the prices are general and I'm offering the same price to all forums that I'm marketing. The free trial I'm giving WF members 2 days, when usually I just give a day of trial.

Let me know if you need anything.

Thanks,

Hi Jake,

Are all your VAs skilled in all the services you mentioned above?

e.g. writing articles & submission, blog commenting, forum posting/answering, social bookmarketing, link building, PHP, joomla, wordpress, etc

Or does one have to specify the job description and you will then assign a qualified VA that meets our job specification/requirement?

Thanks,
Adrian

Hey Adrian,

Yes. They are. For example if you hire an SEO VA, then she/he is good with any kind of link building. The same if you need web development VA and content writers.

Hi Jake,

Thanks for the speedy response, appreciate it.

So, if I understand correctly, there's no need to 'train' the VA - i.e. he/she can start immediately with minimum instructions, eg. no need to send screenshots/camtasia of what needs to be done, etc?

Best regards,
Adrian
ps: could you pm me your email? I'll get in touch with you on Monday with more questions if you don't mind.

No problem mate. No need, they know basics and shouldn't be a problem if you need them done. But if you have new things then you can train them. We can use screenshot on your request.

But basically they use IM's, like skype, yahoo and that should be easier for you to chat or contact your VA.

My email is admin@firstpagewebsearch.com. Talk to you soon.

Hi I'm just wondering why on DP the rate is $150/month for Part Time but on WF it's different . Perhaps you did the math wrong: $300/2 + $50 = $200/month for 8/2 hours per day 5 days per week .

Also, do you have anyone who know how to do keyword/niche research + new article research/writing/re-writing?

Well English let us say is average. I have content writers who are really good in English and my SEO's as well.

Again you can test them out and check whether you like how they work and also check your VA's English level.

I had a VA from you last week and this week the worker just disappeared. You also disappeared from Skype. How can someone establish a long-time work relationship like that?

Don't get me wrong... I like what you're offering. But is this a special deal for the WF?

Thanks for any clarification.
Hey David, don't you think $75 for a week isn't a pretty good deal. And by the way, this isn't a WSO, this is a classified. I think there are different rules in this section.

I don't see content creation listed in the ad, is article writing one of the job descriptions? I need someone to build links and write articles and submit them.

How much training is required to build links, can I just say build x amount of links with x keywords on do follow sites with page rank of 1 one or more, or do they need more training than that?

Thanks, looks interesting.

Content creating is part of my Content Writing team.

For training, all you can say is build me 100 links for today and they will just go out there and build link s for you. You can also specify what kind of links, and they will go for the do follow high pr links.

Thanks, can you give me an idea of how many articles, including submission, I could expect each day?

and/or...

How many links could I expect to have built in one day?

Just so I can work out a plan and give this a try.

For a FT VA, should say 8 - 12 articles a day including submissions depending on how many words you need.

For link building, we should target around 80 - 120 links a day depending on the kind if links you need.

Damn, in too late I guess...

Subscribing so I know when you have more available.

VERY interested in this.

Just so I'm clear, I can ask for articles, SEO, submission of articles, web development, etc. and it's all the same charge because I pay monthly right?

Would I get a specific VA or does it depend on the job?

If it depends on the job, am I charged different rates for each VA?

Thanks for the info.

Been using a full time VA from Jake for link building and forum comment posting since the beginning of the week. My VA required a little bit of direction and hand holding in the first couple of days, but, since then he has learnt what I want him to do and he does a great job. His English is quite acceptable, wouldn't use my VA to write an article but does a good enough job with comment posting.

At $75 a week I think they are well worth a try. I will keep this thread updated on how things progress over the coming weeks.

Thanks for the review mate. Our VA's will need to learn the things you need and need to adjust from it. That is the purpose of the free trial.

Anyway, we are still full as of now. We are hiring this week and should train them and should be available next week.

I will update this post once I have new people.

Cheers..

Hello Sam, We have 2 days windows server problems last monday and tuesday. I already have someone worked on your project. Please check your email, your trial started yesterday, wednesday. I forwarded the message again, I also attached the VA's email address.

Hello

Just want to make a correction. I had posted above that I did not get any communication from Jake after opting for the 2 day trial. Apparently, they did send one, big G must have eaten it up in the SPAM folder.

Anyway, I did receive the work today and it is very good and met my expectations..

Go for it guys if there are any spots left, this is the best way to leverage your time and grow in IM

I thought this only applied if it was something posted in the WSO section and not in the Classified section.

Anyone able to shed light on this?

Anyway, I did receive the work today and it is very good and met my expectations..

Go for it guys if there are any spots left, this is the best way to leverage your time and grow in IM
Hey Sam,

Thanks for clearing this out, and thank you so much for the review really appreciate it.

Well as of now, we still don't have available VA's. Give us a week or two and we will have new VA's available for hire.
