Looks like they're not even eager to simply reply to sales enquiries, so what could one expect from support???

Believe me, that TELLS a LOT.

Hi,

Do you or will you and if so when provide a split testing feature? - I like this feature with you competitors.

Also can you do webinars?

I just purchased and it appears the UPSELL is missing. I was not offered the $29 white label like I was promised in the thread here. It now wants me to upgrade a a commercial license for $99 however this only gets me 30% commissions. I would prefer a white label like I was promised where I can markup the price I see fit, and have a truly white label business...

I have contacted support, called their phone number, sent email.

Hopefully I can get this resolved and get the $29 for life white label license that was promised!!

Did you ever hear back from support? I had the same issue. Seems like they left us behind here and got rid of the white label completely.

This was the main reason I am interested.

I really hope their support will answer me soon, I am dying here to get started

Interested in purchasing but waiting for support to catch up and answers on whitelabel questions posted by other users.

I finally heard back from support using live chat. sad it took days and still no email response.

Live chat agent says that the white label is no longer available.

This should be updated properly in the sales letter/buy button HERE IN THIS THREAD!

I am not sure why they decided to do away with the white label version.

It appear the commercial version is nothing more than a commission split. Just under my own brand. You cannot control pricing. You cannot mark it up and charge anything you wish. You cannot create your own package/plan like shown in the white label videos.

It appears simply because I didn't hear about this soon enough, like in may, that I am missing out on perhaps the best offer ever. - a $29 white label with full pricing control

This $99 commercial license is a dumb idea, pardon my french. It's like asking me to pay $99 to get the same commissions i already get as a JVZoo affiliate. Sure, i can use my own domain/brand but thats about all thats mine. I cannot charge whatever i like or create custom packages with features turned on/off etc.

I think you're confused, there's never been such thing as a "$29.00 white label"

The sales thread CLEARLY STATES WHITE LABEL is included for the $29 WSO price.

Also for proof a white label exists:

https://vimeo.com/201935792

This video clearly shows setting up the white label plans and letting you control the pricing, what's included etc.

That is all I would like to do. I don't think the commercial license they offer now, is the same as this??

So the white label shown here is no longer true?

This is clearly misleading and also violates WSO terms of service.

I am hoping Mr. Selgado would be so kind as to answer my multiple support request, emails and calls and provide us with the white label clearly advertised DIRECTLY ABOVE the buy now button!

I am not the first warrior here to ask about this... however multiple folks here seem to not being answered and bait and switch seems to be in effect.

I am not saying it was intentional.. but if the $29 does not include white label it should be REMOVED from the sales thread to avoid confusion.

Could SOMEONE WHO IS A MEMBER PLEASE CLARIFY THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR $99 AND THE WHITE LABEL THAT WAS PROMISED TO OTHERS BEFORE?

Ugh I just hate when i feel like im getting a bad deal simply because i didn't hear about this earlier in the year. It's rather un-fair for product owners to do that. It seems like most people are just now hearing about this product, AFTER it's too late to get a good deal.

I have reported this thread to WSO support for violating terms of service.

It's against the WSO rules to promise something then not deliver it.

I don't care if they forgot to update it or not.

It would probably take them 2 seconds to upgrade my account to the white label. This is what i was promised in the sales letter above when purchasing. However that is false, they no longer offer a white label version and try to trick yo into a commercial license for $99. This commercial license only gives you COMMISSION and DOES NOT LET YOU mark up the price, nor does it let you control the plans, packages, etc.

All I simply want is what was promised, to honor the advertisement posted here.

Otherwise it's false advertising, regardless of the reason why.

I don't care if you stopped offering a white label, you can still honor your word for the few people who purchased here like me for the white label. it's only right.

Also you need to UPDATE THE THREAD OR REMOVE THE BUY NOW BUTTON PLEASE.

But that doesnt change the fact you still owe me white label.

Yeah, man don't panic I can read ads after 30y in business among which 20 on the Net.

I've never said there was NO Whitelabel, I said there was no *$29.00 whitelabel* and I persist. Read carefully... However, YES, it is written in a way to let you BELIEVE the whitelabel option is included in the $29 price, of course, but it is NOT.

The 29.00 package does NOT include the Agency whitelabel package READ CAREFULLY.

The offer is $29 and then the page says NEED MORE? (NOT, here's more...) THEN it states the Whitelabel AGENCY license (without the price of course because it is intended to be an OTO), and then you have a few more options with prices this time (because it is in the "if ever you NEED MORE, here's what we offer" section), and THEN right after he reiterates the $29 price (intentionally) with the FULL disclosure (again) of what you get for $29 BUT as you can READ the AGENCY License IS still NOT INCLUDED WITH THE $29 price tag.

You should learn to read ads carefully that pays much on the long run

There is no white label agency option. I've been researching this, and they changed their options to include a "Business" level at $49.95/mo, which lets you set up Builderall for your clients and earn recurring commissions on their accounts.

When you think about it, that makes sense. They are trying to build trust and acceptance for the Builderall brand, so it will be easier to sell to small businesses. It's like Wix, which now everyone has heard of. Don't you think you would do better reselling Wix than selling it under your own brand name??

You can still (as far as I know) create a site in Builderall and sell it to a local client at whatever price you want. But I think it's also a good opportunity to sell the platform directly to customers.

They do need to update this WSO though.

No white label. Looks like no more joining for $29.90 unless you just want the digital marketing package. They got rid of the $97 upgrade for the two tier. It's a flat up $49.90 to get into the Builderall Business program. That is where you will earn the two tier commissions. You do have all the tools available.

You can build websites and sell them to local businesses or other marketers. They would have to buy into one of the platform levels. No transferring to another host provider. In the dashboard you can transfer the new website to another user once they buy into the program. You can charge what ever you want for building them a website. You will also get commissions once they are a member.

Let me give you a piece of my mind: I don't think that is a good attitude- cancelling if you don't get a client. The tools in BA is incomparable to any hosting platform - Auto-response with hosting, even at basic level; if you go higher, you have app making tool and all other tools any marketer might need. Even if you get no single refferer, is $9.90 too much to ask for Auto-response and hosting; including drap and drop web builder?
