It is not a one time fee as we have to pay for hosting. However we intend on putting all profits back into the WSO in order to add more features. It will be 10$ for the first month and 30$ after that. Website Completion time will very based on the complexity of the project. We will try and complete it within the first month.

The hidden expense of this is expensive if you don't take action. The sample site looks nice though. it could work out ok depending on if these guys are reliable or not. It takes ages sometimes to develop a website for an offline business. Traditionally they are picky and want tons of revisions. Meanwhile the monthly fees are adding up and you don't even get a website to compensate for your fees.

I recommend the OP provide a website to their buyers that could up your buyers. Otherwise that's pretty risky.
