Hi epark732, don't worry - I get it too. When I first started cold emailing it took me a few weeks to start seeing results from my personal testing.

Nowadays I'm averaging about 60% responses across the sequences but I am very picky about who I'm cold emailing as well. Some clients come back to me weeks after and hire me from then - but it's always circling back to the outreach.

I'll personally vet each website I prospect and also use something like ghostify chrome extension to check for what tracking pixels are on their site so I can get a better pitch (telling them what their tracking is like is a good opening).

The most critical part is when you start to cold email - don't think a non-response is dead. Hit them 3 days after and don't just rely on email. You still want to prioritize your warm leads, but those are hard to see when you're just starting so call your cold leads "Hey I sent you an email a few days ago about your SEO and gave some advice. Did you want me to run through it with you etc..."
