I run a successful agency. I reply to every email...and every PM according to a "who deserves my attention" hierarchy. My clients, who have paid me a hefty retainer, are at the top of that list. In the middle are people who have invested significantly in one of my one-off products or services. In the lower end are people who have invested less than $100 on one of my "buyer generation" or "client self-selection" products or services...

Being on the lower end does not mean they're not valuable to me - they are. It means, that they're in the qualification stage. A stage where they get to see if they like the way I work and want to move forward, or not. It also means I get to see if I'd like to work with them.

As for this WSO, which falls in the less than $100 category, I've clearly stated when I'd be available - 10am pacific Tuesday through Friday - this week only. Which I have been and which I will be today, Friday the last day, too.

Note: As of right now, there are only three emails -- and one PM that's a duplicate of one of the three emails -- that have gone unanswered (it's been less than 3 days - and all correspondence is answered within 3 business days), and that won't change today because I'm in the middle of a launch and those three emails don't rise to the level of "needing an immediate response."

However, I will say that one of those emails was in response to my free coaching opportunity - but, it arrived after my 10am session yesterday so it didn't make it to yesterdays call, but I will address it on today's call.

I think this reply sounds a bit harsh - that's not my intention. But, if you're struggling in your business, I'd bet dollars to donuts one of the reasons is because you stop what you're doing to serve the whims of people who haven't made a significant financial investment to work with you. I've been there, done that. Now, I choose a better way, for me. And the right kind of clients get that...and agree to it because I get them results. At the end of the day, that's the only thing that matters.

She doesn't repond to emails either and this is feeling like a guru high ticket pitch fest, where we pay 20 bucks and get excuses and immediate upsell presentation slides in pdf form (because no one was on q and a) for some membership at 397 a month.

Oh yea, this appears to be a pitch before even delivering any content we paid for. Whm does that? Slick gurus.
And keep in mind, the 'free published author offer" is far from free but a guru twist yet again -with a heavy dose of hype.. Sell 5 memberships and get it free!

Nice to know that in advance reighmaker!

The same email said I could get a refund or stay with her and be treated to a sales video for Tuesdays offer.

You Freakng kidding me? We are paying for High dollar offers with supposed live webinar content sprinkled in for good measure but not her content, because she owns that. ( Another statement via email)

Of course, when you email ask a question because you really want to do this, you hear crickets. I've sent 4, granted 2 today.

Not sure what I'm missing, but my feeling is others feel the same, hence the refund cry out.

I can understand why this is closed. So far it's been a train wreck and it's something I really wanted to add this to my business.

I guess I'll use Google and find a Kindle book. Be a lot less work than chasing down what we paid for and simple answers. I'm a seasoned and successful marketing for past 16 years online. I can tell when something is a miss and tnis is!
