How fast do I see the reviews on my Google My Business page?

Review campaigns generally take 9 - 14 days to complete. If we have someone in your local area, it's faster. Most of the time, we don't (and people usually order 5 at a time) and we have to find people.

All orderers are put into a queue and happen on a first come, first serve basis. You'll be given an estimated delivery date when you order, but the default delivery date is 14 days from your order date.

Do you have a return policy?

Make sure your business needs reviews before you order. I haven't had any returns (we can't take back reviews). Usually, people order because they know they need the reviews.

Failing to deliver is another story entirely. If for some reason your review isn't delivered, maybe I got hit by a car and am in a coma (stuff happens), then my companies Client Happiness Representative will reach out to you. They'll reach out via email and let you know what's going on. If necessary, your investment will be refunded.

Are the reviews from local people?

Yes, all reviews are from individuals local to your area. We have a network of reviewers that we manage.

What happens if the review falls off?

Reach out to me and let me know. I'll find someone in your local area that is willing to be one of our reviewers.

How will you optimize for our keywords?

We usually do our own research. But you can provide the keywords we need to work into the review. Give us your "money" keyword and we'll take it from there.

Can I provide you with the review(s) we want to show up on our Google My Business?

Sure you can, but don't make it outrageous. Since these reviews aren't "natural," meaning someone going using your product and/or service then leaving the review, we like to play it safe.

Do reviews help with my Google Map rankings?

They do. Google the keyword you want to show up for and look at the 3 pack. 98% of the time, the companies in the 3 pack have great reviews.

Can you guarantee the reviews will stick?

No, we can't. Our reviews stick 95% of the time. If one doesn't, let us know and we'll reach out to someone local to your area to review your company.
