1. There is no average. This site made $200+ per month; sold it for $13K and there is another site I'll show you makes thousands each month (PM me, I'll show you). That gives you a good idea of how people are doing. It's like running a business. Some businesses make less, some make more.

The great thing about this business model is that even if you make a little money with your site, you can still flip it for a lot of money on Flippa just like the example I have shown you above. (10x - 12x your monthly profit)

You said you sold the $200 website for 10x the price that means it should have sold for $2k+ but you got $13k which is never heard of or I might be wrong?

$200+ was the site's monthly profit. In our trade, when we talk about 10x profit, we're referring to 10x annual profits. I didn't own the site. The site was owned by someone else. They sold it for 5x their annual profit; maybe they were in a rush to get rid of the site or for other reasons. If they were patient enough, they could have sold it for 10x profits or more. I have even seen people sold Amazon review site for 20x their annual profits. So, 10x profit is not just an imaginary number. It’s an average number when you’re flipping these types of sites.

Sure, you can keep adding new reviews. The more reviews you have, the more chances you get to rank your content on Google and subsequently bring you more traffic and sales.

In my private membership site, you get to access to all the material which shows you how to get this whole thing to work. At the same time, you get direct access to me if you have questions or need my input on specific things related to your business. I don't support via Skype.
