How I Make $147 Per Month Running This Simple VIP Program for Bars & Restaurants?

This is the exact same system I've been using for over 7 years now and the best part...? I NEVER have to do any selling or convincing...

  • If this works so well then why would I tell other people about it?

    Well, good thinking... But I do have a couple of good reasons... 1) There are literally millions of bars and restaurants out there so telling a few people about this is not going to affect my business at all... 2) In the demo video you get access to for $1 I'm going to show you the exact platform I use to run this VIP program. If you decide to use the same platform as me then I do get a small commission for referring you. There, I said it. :-) But that's a good thing... Because if you use the software and don't get any results then you stop paying and I get no more commissions. So it's in my best interest for you to succeed at this. Unlike every other guru who just wants your money upfront and doesn't care what happens afterwards... I'm showing you exactly how to replicate what I am doing so you can get results like I am getting. There's enough pie out there for all of us.

  • Does this work in my country?

    At present, Twilio (the back-end service we use) support send/receive sms numbers in the following countries... Australia Belgium Canada Denmark France Germany Puerto Rico United Kingdom United States

    Is this offer still valid? I noticed in some of the comments someone mentioned the name of the service 'Textinbulk.' I went to their website and the call to action was a phone number which was disconnected.

    I feel the need to say this: I've purchased this program from Will and it's amazing. I've been a warrior forum member for over ten years (recently changed my username last month if you don't recognize me). Bottom line, if Will is selling a product, you can trust it...the guy is legit. If you are new to warrior forum or are looking for great products, follow Will. If you are willing to put in the work, you will reap the benefits. I think that too often we don't recognize the members like Will that provide real value. Highly endorsed, 10/10.

      Correct. The software does not track that stuff.

    will,

    this is fascinating ! i am asking here as others may benefit.

    ok can this work for direct sales ?
    i am with pampered chef and think this might work to get potential hosts.
    everyone looks at text notifications.

    is this difficult to setup ?
    and you said that you already have ( 2 ) campaigns we can show to potential clients ?

      Hi,

      I'm not familiar with pampered chef at all and so I'm not sure how this would work with that.

      Yes, there are two demo campaigns you can use to show potential clients.

    You say in your WSO title you make $147 per month. Is that per client or does that mean you only have one client?

    Will, if I keep texting "VIP" to the designated phone # I set up, I will keep getting the welcome text with the 15% off. What is to prevent customers from texting the number every time they go to the bar/restaurant and taking advantage of getting the discount every time? I could potentially see a restaurant owner asking this question. Thanks again for your help.

      You can set things up either way so they can only access the coupon message once or multiple times.

        What if they go back and use a different phone?
        {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[11495795].message }}
        • Profile picture of the author WillR
          Well then they would get a new coupon. But how many people you know have multiple phones lol? If you worry about stuff like this you will never get started with any business model. Any coupon system out there can be hacked short of requiring a DNA sample. But most people are honest people and most people have one mobile phone and we have never found this to be an issue.

        I can not figure out how to set it up so they can only access the coupon message once (and textinbulk customer service is subpar, to say the least). Any idea on how to set it up this way? Thanks again for all of your help!

    Will. How does the restaurant enforce the one time rule for the coupon? I'm sure they don't want the same customer to always get a 15% discount each time?
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[11491498].message }}
    • Profile picture of the author WillR
      Hi Jerry,

      We always say in the message that the coupon is only valid for the next 15 minutes from the time it is received... the restaurant can obviously see the time the message was received.

    Do you need consent from the person that will be receiving the promotional text messages? By having them text a phone # for a discount, does that legally let you start sending them SMS marketing material?
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[11491153].message }}
    • Profile picture of the author WillR
      Hey Matty,

      Yes, if someone has texted a keyword to the phone number then that is enough consent. Every message should always have an unsubscribe option (eg: Reply Stop to opt out) at the end of it though so they can stop them if they ever want to.

        Thanks Will, I have purchased the program. I have one question for you: In the video explaining how to set-up TextinBulk, one of the steps after adding a phone number is to go to "settings" and click on Twiml-config and add a new app. The website must have changed because the Twiml-config no longer exist on the settings page - do you know a solution? Thanks again.

          Yes, that step is no longer required it was changed just last week but I'm yet to update the video. So just ignore that one step.

    I can not visit and talk to people, even if i had the time.
    How can i hire someone (it would have to be in another state)
    and pay them, and how much would i have to pay them?

      There are loads of freelancer sites out there... that's where I would start. One of my favorites is upwork. I would find someone willing to partner up on a commission basis and I would give them an incentive whereby their commission increases the more businesses they sign up.

      As for the exact amount you pay them that is up to you... something that would need to be negotiated with the person. Different people will expect different things based on their experience.

      But the beauty of a commission setup is you are only ever going to pay them when a sale is made.

    Does the system allow the clients to send custom SMS messages to their list? Or is it only for the keyword that is setup for their number?

    For example, the restaurant wants to send out a weekly text to the subscribers with their specials for the week. Does the platform allow them to do that?

    Thanks.
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[11487002].message }}
    • Profile picture of the author WillR
      Yes, absolutely. That's the whole point of building the list. However we don't give them direct access to the platform as it causes more headaches than it solves. We send out any promotional messages on their behalf (literally a 30 second job).

        Thanks Will.

        Have you tried this model on different businesses other than restaurants and bars? Just curious if it can scale to different local businesses.

          I focus mainly on bars and restaurants but there are plenty of businesses that can benefit from this. Any type of business that a customer has a need for more than once a month is a good fit for this. So thinks like car wash, nail salons, massage parlours, etc etc.

      Nope, no website needed. You just send them an invoice.

    Does the client getting have to be done visiting bars and restaurants in person or could you get $147/month clients online using Linkedin etc.?

      I recommend going in and visiting the bars and restaurants... nothing beats in person interaction for a system like this.
