I bought this a year ago at least. Don't know much about the success rate as I stopped using it for a number of reasons... They did promise a new PR template each month, but that broke down and they had a special PR writing service which broke down too. I liked it in the beginning but faded to a paid service after the issues. I haven't seen or heard any new upgrades from their side of things, would be nice since I paid $100 for it. I'll stick with senukex and the paid service for now.

My reply: Kevin,

Your question is pretty vague. It really depends on how well you have been doing with your site. A great site can target more competitive keywords while a new site should always start with long tail. If you are starting anew, always go with long tail, cos when you rank the long tail, the short tail will follow. And you should not be targeting just one keyword, you should target multiple. At the same time, work on On-page optimization and take care of your social signals. You may want to look at some keyword research courses to get more into it. Keyword research itself is a HUGE field.

Although the report is informative, it says that these press release sites are free, which i found that in the majority you have to pay if u want to add urls's for backlinking, some are straight paying ones just to post the release, and some don't even work.

Not sure when was this report updated or created, but needs to re check the press release sites to make sure that they are actually FREE with html included for backlinking. im dissapointed
