I think Davyboy70 is talking about the page 1 guarantee order but the person demanding a refund because his site is not showing up - in any case this is probably not the place for that. That said, I am serious about the fact that I and probably others would be willing to offer advice if their site is not showing up at all, which clearly points to other major site problems. As a high end SEO you shouldn't expect Matt or his company to do that without consultation fee.

This service works and so if your site is not even indexing personally I think it would be far more valuable in the long term to learn why and what is happening vs. fighting for a refund (they are perfectly allowed to have a no refund policy btw) but still end up with no solutions.

I was already ranking ok before starting this (so no issues with onsite SEO), but after ordering 3 packages for separate sites, 2.5 months later the rankings have either not moved, or actually gone down, some for keywords with extremely low competition, to some that are medium/hard.

I see no evidence of anything being done, and I also see a lot of others who have the same issues.
Matt I've raised this several times with support, yet the response is "the result will speak for themselves" or "check out the testimonials". Old testimonials are meaningless if you can't deliver for me/others.
What can you do to fix this?

The site is indexed. It is 100% On-page optimized. If a service can't produce results or in other words, it produces 0 result, then whats the use of that service? Did I pay for charity?

Leave apart results, whats most disappointing is the fact that my 4 sites are not even showing in Google at all; after 3 months. Am I wrong in asking for Refund?

My campaign started in December 2011 (so over 3 months ago). My site was already ranked for my main keywords on pages 2-3 of Google, now I'm not even ranked in the first 10 pages (site is still indexed though).

2 weeks ago I requested the bonus 3,000 links - no results yet.

So far I was suppose to get 100 daily article links for the past 100 days or so + the bonus 3000. All in all 10,000 links without the bonus or 13,000 with bonus.

I have used a few different services to see the number of backlinks my site has, most of them show from 10 to 25 backlinks. So, out of 10,000 backlinks only 20 are indexed... as far as I can see. I paid $125 for this service - no results as of yet, actually I lost my rankings

We do not offer refunds on campaigns that do not respond to our links. There are many variables involved in a successful seo campaign that reaches page one. Not all of them are link related. I still see that you have not requested any bonus links on any of the tickets.

I checked your ticket and saw that there was an error on the last bonus submission we sent out for you because when I searched the pen name we gave you zero results came up as being indexed. I notified my staff of this and they are going to resubmit links out asap.

On Date: 2012-03-06 11:07:13 we posted on your ticket that we submitted bonus links out for using the pen name : "Michaela O Treasure's". When I Google that name in quotes I see 271 indexed links. Also like the disclaimer reads on the first post of this thread our drip feed links rarely show up on link checkers.

Hmmm...not sure. Haven't really tested our links on an ebay page yet. But I'm, game if you are.

I posted my question on the ticket system on 2012-03-09 08:33:41 and I only got the reply by 2012-03-15 01:54:22, which were before you replied to my post. I was not rushing anybody I was just asking if there is an issue with the ticket system since it doesn't usually take that long to receive a reply.

And to your question "You were expecting results so soon? My answer is NO. I was asking it because I have been doing seo myself for the past 3 years and ranked for low competition to high competition keywords, and I rarely seen the type of keywords I submitted don't even ranked in any position after 4 weeks (I actually launched this website 2 months ago).

Now here is the key: I was asking because I have done a test myself. I posted a average quality article on a low PR article directory and it got ranked overnight for the same keywords that I submitted. So I was asking your staff if they think there is serious issue on my site. (I have personally checked and the robots.txt and other important things seem right, and onpage factors are all done well)

Now GO BACK and read the way you replied me. I have been your long term client and I don't like to get pissed like that. I DON'T EVEN MIND if you post the print screen of my ticket system conversation and LET OTHERS JUDGE who is trying to be rude and talk like an uneducated spoilt child. But if you want to do so, make sure you censor my keywords and site url because it is my privacy.

All your staff like Stephen, Heather and Danielle have been very friendly and helped me out when I have any problem (In fact if you look at all my previous campaigns, I rarely have a problem). Now I feel sorry for them to work for a boss like you.

I wouldn't ask for a refund or feel bad if the campaign fails or not well delivered, because I appreciate every effort and works made by the community of Warriors. The price isn't a big issue either, but a client is still a client at the end of the day, that is how I view and run my own business. The bottom line is, don't answer your client and make them sound like an idiot.

Now you lost a long term customer and I know you don't give a ****. And I don't give a **** as well because I have worked with many other warriors here and whether they deliver their work prefectly or not, at least they won't answer me like the way you did.

Meant you no offense with my reply. When I post replies on the threads I'm usually having to answer several at a time. So I often opt for brevity in my replies.

This link service is our lowest tiered service. Most of the folks on the drip feed pay less than 50 cents a day for the links we submit.

Some sites do not respond quickly to these particular links. But with persistence they always come through. Just takes a lot of time, persistence and patience.

mydomain.com/game_title_ep1 is ranked on top 10 for "game_title_ep2" keyword, so it was being considered as job complete and close.

i think this is totally unfair as i have heavily seo on mydomain.com/game_title_ep1 and it is ranked top 10 in most of the keywords including "game_title_ep1" keyword.

However, my proposed url : mydomain.com/game_title_ep2 rank for "game_title_ep2" was down from page 2 to page 4.

To me, as long as my proposed subdomain mydomain.com/game_title_ep2 still not ranked, it is your responsibility to make it to top 10 before closing the job. But Matt just did not care and give thousand of excuses.

I don't think he will refund me, but i just mark his username as big L.

Thanks, but I still see no evidence of any rankings improvements from your service on any of my projects after several months, regardless of this minor mistake on 1 project.

It may have worked in the past, and might still work for a few people/keywords, but I think the number of people claiming practically no results in recent months might be an indicator that (to put it nicely) the service needs improvement/changing to be effective.
You would probably triple your business if this was still anywhere near as powerful as the testimonials impressed upon me. I would personally give you hundreds of sites if it was effective, but alas, it's as if next to nothing has been done. Although there is a strong pattern in the complaints, I can't confirm the other complainers, and can only speak on my own behalf, but it has not been worth 1% of the already cheap price, which is why people are asking for refunds. Take that as constructive criticism.

We've been working in the background on a new system for our drip feed system. It has taken longer than we have expected but I think you'll like what we've done.

1. You'll be able to change out your links once a week.
2. You will be able to verify the links we create for you.
3. There will be categories of content so your link will go on more related content.
4. We will be adding more domains to our network within a week.

Anybody not seeing results, please update your tickets and we'll give you a bonus. Mention the bonus in your ticket and we will get you set up.

If you look throughout this beast of a thread you'll see that we are never immune to complaints and criticisms. In fact in the nearly two years we have been successfully running this service we have survived several Google Panda updates, blog deindexing, blog hosting failures, you name it. Lots of times we receive posts from good folk like yourself letting us know our system is faltering.

Which I have learned to start appreciating because it only makes our product stronger.

As far as the juice being generated by the drip feed we know it is still producing strong because we're seeing just as many page one rankings come in every day from it as before. So the juice is still strong as is. Sometimes it takes being on our drip feed for a year before clients see huge results come in. Sometimes it only takes a few days.

The campaigns that take longer usually result in a negative post being placed on the thread. Lots of times the folks who receive page one rankings from us do not leave positive posts letting us know because they have already posted several testimonials for us already. Sometimes folks think that since we have so many testimonials that there is no reason for them to leave us another.

But we do have a new free upgrade in place that is available to anyone wanting a bit more out of the their drip feed campaign with us. Our software developer has been working on it for several months now and has informed us it is finally ready to roll out.

Basically it involves us dialing down the number of links being submitted a day to 25. Then we supplement the links with a wide variety of different links. That way everything looks a bit more natural to search bots.

But we like to tweak the system every several months anyways.

So anyone wanting to upgrade their account can do so for free right now by posting on their campaign tickets. Once we get all our existing clients migrated to it that want to we'll open it up to new customers again.

Haven't been on for a while, but I just bought a new drip feed and a couple of high PR links from you and was catching up on the thread.

Just wanted to say to anyone that is either sitting on the fence of giving Matt bad feedback, that I have continued positive results from most of the campaigns that Matt is running for me. I have been using Matt for nearly a year now.

The ones where I am having little success are ones where either the site is very new ie 3 months old or less, or ones that are badly built and therefore badly optimised (not my fault - I have just inherited them and people don't want to fork out money to upgrade). The only other one where I had a problem is where I had several hundred profile links added, which I think were detrimental to the site as I think Google can be a bit funny about this. However Matt and his team are working hard on this site and I cannot fault their customer service.

I probably have about 50 campaigns running with Matt and 90% of those are performing extremely well.

As a client you do have to do a bit of work yourself and keep on top of your tickets, make sure you claim you free links, tell them that you are not seeing any improvement and if they can do anything to help. You will always get a a friendly and reasonable answer as long as you are reasonable yourself.

I love working with Matt and his team and I will continue to do so for a long time to come. I know they will always work hard to be the best in their field and are always improving their systems. I know this because I continue to see results.

Are you kidding me?? I paid $97 for a page 1 Google keyword service and I've to right that off? by the look of it nothing at all has been done. They created the page so its nothing to do with my on page SEO. The page they created isn't even in the top 200 pages.

This is the wrong thread. We don't do guaranteed service in this thread.

I will say this, we can't control which page Google chooses to rank. We backlinked the correct page and google chose another url to display. I can understand your displeasure but at the same time when you have keywords that Google can logically pick between multiple pages on your site then we have to make special considerations on our end. We are talking a difference in one number here. We can't control what keywords you pick and how closely they match another page on your site.

If you would like to discuss this further I would suggest you do so in the proper thread.

Couple of things. Obviously my opinion, but also my experience:

- I have 20 different campaigns with Matt & Co., right now. Around 1/2 drip and 1/2 page one blogs. Up until 2 days ago, around 1/2 of the campaigns were kicking a** and I attribute that predominantly to Matt and his services. On the sites that slipped a couple of days ago Matt's service had moved up KWs from pages 5-10 right up to page 1 and 2. As a result of this (and some other subsequent backlinking), my client has seen 2 fold increase in traffic and consequently, sales. However, something went bizarre a couple days ago and now I'm trying to communicate with Matt about that - because he has sh*tloads of experience, not because it's his fault.

- Internet Marketing isn't Saturday morning cartoons where you sit on your a** and stuff your face with cereal waiting for everything good in the world and getting upset when smurfs is a rerun. It's work and responsibility and this is an adult world. Yes, providers and sellers can be held accountable to some extent, but hello, this is the internet. In a lot of ways that means there are no guarantees. As Matt points out, read this and his other threads and you will see that his service achieved over 2000 PAGE 1 RANKINGS last year. Did any of us do that? Does it always work? Is Matt in charge of Google? Google doesn't give a Fig about you or me or Matt or any of our sites. Their algorithms will do whatever they are going to do and so to some extent, trying to make money and rank sites, etc., etc., online is a gamble. So is purchasing services. Take some responsibility and learn how to run your online endeavors like a business --> diversify in all respects--> build systems--> Leverage and Scale.

Not trying to point the finger at anyone on this thread or really anyone in general. Just seems to me that we all need to put things in perspective and THEN proceed. Those that don't give up and have proper perspective, understanding, and fortitude persevere, period

You mention that you are updating/modifying your service and that people can request to have their feeds updated. You also mention that you are migrating existing feed customers. Will all existing feeds be migrated automatically to this new format w/o requesting it, or do I need to go into each campaign and request it? Thanks ~

You have to ask for it specifically. But if you have more than one campaign with us just let us know on one of the tickets and we'll upgrade them all. Also we are resetting the memberships of everyone who upgrades. So if you bout a 12 month campaign we'll reset your campaign so that you receive a fresh 12 months. Same goes with the three month campaigns.

Hey there Tickle...Watching Build My Rank go down has made me a little gun shy with relying on just any one type of linking strategy. So the new upgrade will consist of fewer article links and a greater variety of other types of links. Just jumping ahead of the curve in case any of our blogs get deindexed down the road.

We're also resetting everyone's drip feed account to start over starting first of next week. That way everyone can get a full measure of the new links.

One question. In a previous post you had mentioned how the upgraded service will consist of 25 blog/article links as well as various other types of backlinks each day. Is this already in effect or will it be added in the future? The reason i'm asking is because it still reads 100 article backlinks per day in the OP. Either way i'm sure i'll be happy with this service but I am curious to try out the upgraded version.

What is the difference between the 100 article links a day and the 25 article links a day packages?

How do we tell you what we want and how do we tell you to change our 5 keywords to 25 keywords?

Does this 25 keywords change also apply to the page 1 guarantee service?

We decided not to offer 25 link packages. These will all get around 100 a day.
If you have an existing drip feed you will get a notification in how to transfer over to the new system in your ticket.
The 25 keyword thing is only for drip feed.
